Riding to Fight Cardiovascular Disease

Thanks to everyone who supported my efforts to raise money for the American Heart Assocation. I had a great time raising money and then riding in my 4th RAGBRAI. the money we raised will be put to good use by a great organization.

Alex Taking a Break from Mountain Biking

Alex needed a break after mountain biking over some pretty technical mountain bike trails at Yankee Springs State Recreation Area. Being the good Boy Scout, he brought a backpack with everything that you could possibly need including a pair of binoculars!
